Playing with Dolls

We said he could play with them. Play with Rachel and Lucy. Play with the dolls and their wide assortment of outfits and shoes and hats.




He did help Lucy pound a boot onto the doll's foot.


But that's as far as it went. "Dolls are for girls." He steadfastly refused to join in. But as you can see, there was a part of him that really, really, really, really, really wanted to play.
