Planking is the crazy internet fad of taking a picture of yourself acting like a plank on top of various objects. It's, um, a bit nuts but overall it appears to be a harmless trend of fun. Until someone dies, which I guess happens when someone tries to plank on the top of the Empire State Building or something like that.
So I sent my kiddos a-planking at the park.

And there you have it. Not complicated for the kiddos. Of course, I limited their experience to the park and our front yard. Next up? Owling. You'll just have to wait and see.
Planking came from when they were bringing slaves over seas, to fit more onto a ship they made them lay along each other flat as such.
