5 Things About October
Working backwards because I would have to take the time to rearrange the photos and well, apparently, I've taken too much time to get to this point anyway (smiles!). 
The Halloween gang - Cloaked Red Mask Jeremy, Cutesy Witch Anna, Buzz Lightyear Spencer, Sherrif Jackson, Storm Trooper Andrew, Cowgirl Rachel and Squaw Allison. Where is Paul? By my leg, still unsure about all this nonsense. Was Paul in a costume? HECK NO. 
Andy is in Cub Scouts this year as a Tiger Scout. At our first den meeting, all the boys made birdhouses from precut wood pieces. And although I did help finish off the screws when they got too tight for him, Andy was basically solo here because someone had to take the pictures.
Paul is my favorite three year old. That's all I've got to say.
Here are my boys racing toward me on their respective rides.
And here is my daughter and Allison about to race away from me in Allison's car. What a milestone in parenting this is - letting your kid be driven around by another punk kid. Granted the other punk kid is 16 and fully licensed, but still.

This little glimpse of the NEAR future kinda took my breath away. I DO remember how incredibly grown up and special it felt to jump into a friend's family car without adult supervision, but WITH adult permission. What a high it was when it was MY turn to to the driving! Another of life's milestones. Love it. Love her. Mom (Kristin) I'm proud of you. Love you, Babe.
