I'm sure a few of you saw this at WalMart. It's an Easter Bunny that poops jellybeans. And yes, I bought it. Two of them, in fact. There is also the lesser-known-yet-more-politically-correct chicken that laid gumball eggs. I bought that too. And I guess I thought this sort of humor was kid humor and that my kids would get a kick out of it. In a sick sort of way, obviously, but isn't that kind of humor kids like?None, I repeat, none of my kids were amused. Andy declared immediately upon realization of what was in the package that he WAS NOT putting the jellybeans into the bunny. Paul only wanted to see the chicken move around. And Rachel didn't even open hers up.
Sigh. I guess my Easter basket radar was a bit off this year. Stick to candy, chalk and bubbles. No more pooping Easter bunnies.
We have a Rudolph that does this trick. A gift to AJ from Joe (who else) and the best part of this little toy was all the candies were brown pellets.
