Belated Blogging

I should have done this two weeks earlier and I wish I could literally write it off to "I was working on touching up the photos so they looked fabulous." But alas, I must write it off to sheer forgetfulness.

Here's a quick photo of my girl all snazzied up for the "Winter Ball" at her school. Semi-formal or "semi" as the kids these days call it. "I have to pay for semi" is what they would say. The semi was at 8pm and Rachel was officially ready at 4pm. That's the girly-girl in her.

We got home from semi around 1am (oh, yes, I stayed up until 1am to drive her and a friend home) and Rachel then arose at 7:30 to go out with Kathryn. Where? Somewhere an hour and a half away to ride 4-wheelers. Just so you know, riding 4-wheelers with a friend requires a medical release signed by the parent...comforting thoughts.
